Sour dough-based baked goodies since 2022
Kristy is the star of the show and has been passionate about filling her family's table with sour dough goodies since she got her first sour dough start in 2022.
Stiora (the name of the sour dough start) is the other star of the show, fermenting in our Magna kitchen since her and Kristy met.
We begin selling baked goods in December 2024 after Tony lost his tech job suddenly. Since then we've made over 100 sour dough & sour dough banana bread loaves, and several dozen batches of sour dough baked goodies, including favorites like English muffins, tortillas, cinnamon rolls, and cookies.

The Classics
Bread Loafs
These loafs are best within two days of baking. Our favorites are sandwiches and avocado toast. On days 3-4 they make amazing bases for French toast.
Made with four simple ingredients: Water, Flour, Salt, and Sour Dough Levain.
Banana Bread
These loafs are best within 3-5 days of baking. and are tasty slightly warmed with a thin smear of butter. Warning: Some of our customers report having trouble not eating the whole loaf in one sitting. Can be made dairy free.
Made with 10 simple ingredients: Flour, Salt, Sour Dough Discard, Eggs, Butter, Sugar, Over-ripe Bananas, Baking Soda, Vanilla, and Honey on top.
English Muffins
Each order has a half dozen of these superb breakfast stars. They are good for about 5-7 days on the counter, can stretch to 10 days refrigerated, and can be frozen and thawed as well.
Made with six simple ingredients: Flour, Milk, Honey, Salt, Sour Dough Starter, and corn meal dusting.
Tortillas
A tangy twist on a Mexican tradition. These tortillas are hearty without being overly-filling and compliment breakfast, lunch, and dinner burritos, quesadillas, and more. Eight tortillas to an order.

Pizza Dough
Perfect for the outdoor / portable pizza oven, but a star everywhere. This pizza dough comes frozen, defrosts in about 6 hours, and makes 8-inch personal pizzas for each dough ball, or can be joined with other dough ball to super size your pie. The crust cooks up crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle.
