Sourdough baked goodies since 2022

Kristy is the star of the show and has been passionate about filling her family's table with sour dough goodies since she got her first sour dough start in 2022.
Stiora (the name of the sour dough start) is the other star of the show, fermenting in our Magna kitchen since her and Kristy met.
We begin selling baked goods in December 2024 after Tony was let go from his tech job suddenly. Since the, we've made hundreds of sour dough loaves, as well as expanding into English muffins, tortillas, cinnamon rolls, waffles, and more.

Usage Tips
Bread Loafs
Made with four simple ingredients: Water, Flour, Salt, and Sour Dough Levain.
These babies are best within two days, because they are preservative free.
Tips:
• Reseal and/or Refrigerate to extend shelf life.
• Can be frozen.
• Reanimation possible by lightly coating loaf with water and placing in the oven for 5-8 minutes at 350 to warm and soften.
• Day 3-4 French Toast or Bruschetta.

Bread Loaf
English Muffins
Made with six simple ingredients: Flour, Milk, Honey, Salt, Sour Dough Starter, and corn meal dusting.
These nuggets are shelf stable for about a week. Perfect in the toaster or out of the bag.
Tips:
• Can be frozen. Thawing takes 3-4 hours.
• Refrigeration can extend shelf life 3-5 days.
• Heat pan with butter to medium. Cut English Muffins. Place on pan cut side down 2-3 min.
English Muffins

Tortillas
Made with 5 simple ingredients: Flour, Water, Salt, Sour Dough Starter, and Olive Oil
These jitterbugs can be a Rorschach test for your Taco Tuesday. They can last up to a week on the shelf but are best refrigerated.
Tips:
• Freezing extends life for up to a month.
• Thawing takes 1-2 hours.
Perfect Quesadilla: Place cheese on medium heated pan for 10 seconds. Throw tortilla on top. Slide tortilla across the pan like a Boss DJ. Flip after 1 minute. Fold or place another Tortilla on top. Toast the other side 1-2 minutes. Devour.

Pizza Dough
Pizza Dough
Made with 5 simple ingredients: Flour, Water, Salt, Sour Dough Starter, and touch of Olive Oil
Best Results:
• Defrost in fridge for 24-36 hours or
• Defrost on counter 2-3 hours.
• Bring to room temp 1 hour before cooking.
• Flour countertop & knead dough 1-2 min.
• Pre-warmed pizza stone, Cast Iron, or Pizza Pan at 500.
• For best results, cook spread out dough for about 10 minutes. Remove from oven, put on toppings, Replace in oven and continue cooking until cheese is melted.
• Total Bake Time 15-18 min.
Crust may not brown in conventional oven.
Note:
Outdoor / Woodfire Pizza stoves are best. Indoor ovens don't typically brown the crust.

Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon Rolls
Made with 8 simple ingredients: Flour, Water, Salt, Sour Dough Starter, Whole Milk, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Butter, Cream Cheese
Best Results:
Frozen Loaf:

Counter defrost 2-3 hours or
Fridge defrost 24-36 hours, now you have a refrigerated loaf.
Refrigerated Loaf:

Lightly flour counter.

Using butcher knife or kitchen string, cut loaf into 9 equal pieces & arrange in square 9x9 pan. Now you have a refrigerated pan.

Note: Put tallest roll in middle.
Refrigerated Pan:

Cook in 350 preheated oven 35-40 min.

Check middle roll for under-cooked-ness.

Cool for 5 min.

Lightly frosting each cinnamon roll with about a TBS dollop and allow melting. Spread after 3-5 min.

Devour!
Cooked Cinnamon Rolls

Shelf Stable for about a 3-5 days, best in the fridge on days 3 through 5.

Reheat in microwave 10-15 seconds to reanimate dough and slightly melt frosting.
Tips:

Loafs and uncooked rolls can be stored in fridge or freezer and cooked individually or in small groups.

Pyrex glass containers are perfect for cooking single and small batches.

Be sure to check that your particular containers are oven safe.

Waffles

Made with 9 simple ingredients: Flour, Milk, Salt, Sour Dough Discard, Eggs, Butter, Sugar
Best Results:
From the Jar:

Good in the fridge up to 5 days.

Some mixing might be necessary to reincorporate mixture.

Heat in waffle iron at normal temperatures until golden brown on both sides.

Remaining waffles freeze excellently.
From the Freezer

Toast for 2-3 minutes straight from the freezer.
-
If waffles are stuck together, allow 2-3 minutes to defrost. Pull gently.
